1. Set up profiles and basic details
Create or select the profile you plan to use before logging information. Check the active profile on each screen so entries, treatments and appointments are assigned to the right person. Add only details you want to maintain, and review permissions and privacy settings in both the app and your device settings.
2. Add a treatment and organize doses
Enter the name, instructions, dose and schedule exactly as prescribed. Check units, start and end dates, and time zone. Record a dose as taken, skipped or postponed as appropriate; a notification is a reminder and does not confirm that medicine was taken. Treat stock counts as estimates and check them against the package.
3. Log symptoms, mood and vitals
Add an entry with its date and time, intensity and useful context such as triggers, relief and notes. If you log weight, blood pressure or other vitals, verify the unit and value before saving. Information you enter is not clinically validated, and the app does not interpret or diagnose patterns.
4. Prepare appointments and follow-up
Save the date, clinic or professional, and any notes or questions you want to bring. After the appointment, add follow-up tasks and update treatment instructions only with information confirmed by your healthcare team.
5. Share a profile with someone you trust
Collaboration depends on iCloud, a network connection, accepted invitations and permissions for participating accounts. Check which profile and access you are sharing before inviting someone. Sync can take time; confirm on both devices that changes arrived. Remove access when it is no longer needed and share only what is necessary.
6. Use widgets, Apple Watch and Apple features
These features require compatible devices, operating-system versions and permissions. Enable only the ones you want. Widgets and Live Activities may show recent information, but iOS decides when they refresh, so they are not guaranteed real-time views. Open the app to confirm information when needed.
7. Review and share reports
Before exporting or sharing a report, check its date range, profile, units and each entry. A report summarizes logged information; it is not a complete medical record or clinical assessment. Choose a sharing channel yourself and send it only to the intended people.
8. Check permissions and notifications
If reminders or Apple Health data are missing, review notification or Health permissions in iOS Settings and in the app. Focus modes, volume, device state and iOS rules can affect alerts. Grant only the access you need; you can revoke it in Settings.
