VitalsPath Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern VitalsPath, an app for organizing personal health information. By using it, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Not a medical product

VitalsPath is not a medical device and does not provide healthcare. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend dose changes, or replace a professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly.

3. Responsible use

Check names, schedules, dates, units, scanned data, and reports. Do not rely on the app as the only copy of critical information or as the only way to remember a dose. You are responsible for entering accurate information and having authorization to manage another person's data.

4. Apple permissions and services

HealthKit, iCloud, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch, camera, and location depend on your permissions, device, operating system, and Apple's availability. Sync may be delayed; alerts and background functions are not guaranteed.

5. Account and shared care

Protect your device and Apple ID. When sharing a profile, review who can access it and revoke permissions when they are no longer needed. Do not use the app to access another person's data without authorization.

6. Purchases and availability

Free and Premium features, prices, and offers are shown in the app and App Store before purchase. Apple processes purchases and refund requests. Features may change by version, country, or system requirements.

7. Intellectual property and contact

VitalsPath, its software, and materials belong to Lester Romero Bernardo / RomeroDev or its licensors. A personal, limited, revocable license is granted for the intended use. Support: romerodev.apps+vitalspath@gmail.com.
