Is iCloud sync instant?+

Not always. It requires iCloud setup, permissions, and connectivity; Apple may take time to sync. Check that a device shows the latest information before relying on it.

Profiles and health records remain until you delete them. Dose history and medication, appointment, and condition activity logs have independent retention controls by category: 30 days by default, with options for 90, 180, 365 days, or permanent retention. Professional reports are deleted after 30 days by default, with a setting from 1 to 365 days.

The current baseline includes 1 profile, up to 2 active medications, 1 monthly appointment, and 1 inventory. The app shows current limits and Premium options.

How do I get help?+

Email romerodev.apps+vitalspath@gmail.com with the device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send health data, prescriptions, or unredacted screenshots.
